Pokemon Scarlet And Violet Will Come With Open-World Co-op Multiplayer

Nintendo has released a new Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemoniolet trailer that hints at a multiplayer co-op feature. The official site confirms this and that up to four players will be able to team up to explore various locations and discover new Pokemon when the open-world RPG comes out later this year.
“Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet offer an open-world experience that only the Pokémon series can deliver—one welcoming even to newcomers to the series. You can experience a new style of adventure, with a world that you’re free to explore at your leisure and not in an order dictated by the story. You will, of course, journey to hone your skills as a Pokémon Trainer, but many more discoveries and stories await you. Meet a variety of people and Pokémon, and adventure in the world of Pokémon the way you want to.”
The Pokemon Company and Nintendo also shared information on the new characters and Pokemon that will be appearing in the game in a recent press release, including the three starter Pokemon: Sprigatito (Grass), Fuecoco (Fire), and Quaxly (Water).
Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet are scheduled to launch on Nintendo Switch on November 18th. Pre-orders are now available on the Nintendo eShop. Check out the brand new trailer below.
