PUBG Mobile Reaches 10 Million Daily Active Users

Tencent and PUBG Corp announced today that PUBG Mobile hit 10 million daily active users worldwide (excluding China), making it one of the most popular mobile games in the world. On the day of the game's launch it became the most downloaded mobile game in more than 100 countries and continues to bring in new players even today. According to Appannie, PUBG Mobile is the 16th most downloaded app today, while Fortnite is the second most downloaded.

PUBG Mobile seems to be off to an extremely strong start. 10 million daily active users seems like an insane figure. Almost unbelievable actually. To put that number in perspective 2 popular PC titles, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Dota 2, reach 11 million and 10 million MONTHLY active users. PUBG mobile as-is seems to have significantly more players than these 2 pc titles. Fortnite mobile seems to rank higher in global app stores, but they haven't released any statistics just yet.
