Rappelz Epic 9.4 Takes You On An Expedition Tomorrow
WEBZEN announced today that Rappelz's latest expansion, Epic 9.4: The Expedition, will be going live tomorrow. The update will add a new dungeon area, known as "The Island of Forgotten Gods," that features four bosses "can be spawned when certain items are collected." To visit the island, players will need to obtain a permit, which can be obtained through a specific daily quest or a "Black Marketer NPC."
The update also introduces new weapons, rings, and items. There are an additional three new bosses that can be found outside of the new dungeon area.
A six-week series of events will begin alongside the launch of the update. The events that will be included are as follows.
- Pluto's Trials – Collect Pluto's Coins and gain exclusive cloaks!
- Lak Trader event – Defeat Monsters, collect Lak and exchange it for awesome items
- Buff Crystal event – Explore dungeons to get buffs
- Login event – Log in every day and get rewards
- Wcoin item raffle – Collect Wcoin items and participate in a legendary raffle
- Golden Week event – Back in-game for a limited time only
