Realm Royale - Hi-Rez's Paladins Battle Royale Game Hits Over 60k Players

Hi Rez Studios launched their battle royale game Realm Royale on June 5th and it's off to an explosive start; the game hit over 60,000 concurrent (edit: now over 100k) users 3 days after launch and it's growth trajectory remains strong. Realm Royale was previously known as Paladins: Battlegrounds and was a part of the Paladins, but it's now its own standalone game but still uses assets from Paladins along with weapons and abilities. While it's still a distant third from Fortnite and Playerunknown's Battlegrounds, the game has already gotten some strong endorsements - Summit1g already said he loved it on Stream.

Realm Royale - Early Access Alpha - Now on Steam (ESRB)

I've personally been playing Realm Royale over the last few days and I've been having a lot of fun. The game runs as smoothly as Fortnite but has its own unique gameplay style. The introduction of classes and abilities make the battle royale experience more exciting. Instead of just looking for weapons, players can scavenge for class specific abilities as well.
