Riot Games Says League of Legends Hits 8 Million Concurrent Users Daily

Despite 10 years old, League of Legends is still the world's most successful PC game, regularly taking the #1 spot on SuperdataResearch's highest grossing PC games list. While we haven't seen any official stats from Riot Games in sometime, they did come out today and say that the game hits 8 million peak concurrent players daily.

Every day we see about 8 million peak concurrent players in League.* That makes League the biggest PC game in the world—it's even bigger than the top ten games on Steam combined. While Fortnite may be bigger if you combine its playerbase on PC, Console, and Mobile, League of Legends is the single biggest PC game in the world. Fortnite reportedly reaches 8.3M peak concurrent users across all platforms and that figure hit over 10M during the Mashmello concert.
