RuneScape Offers Summer Skilling Fun And A New Boss Pet As The Beach Event Returns

If you haven’t had time to hit the beach in real life, RuneScape is giving you the chance to enjoy the summer vibes in The Beach. It’s a bit misleading though since you’ll actually be hanging out in a desert oasis instead of an actual beach.

“Summer’s here and The Beach is back!” Jagex announced. “Lumbridge Crater has been transformed into a seasonal oasis where you can train your skills or just take it easy and soak up the summer holiday vibes.”

The event will run until July 22, offering various rewards for skilling at the so-called beach including the Skeleton Warrior Conjure Override, a new beachwear outfit, and Clawdia’s long-awaited boss pet drop – Clawdie.

You can also look forward to longer AFK timers for some of the featured activities and the addition of skilling pet drops while training in the oasis. All beach reward tokens are also now tradeable on the Grand Exchange.
