SEGA Apologizes For Phantasy Star Online 2 PC Launch Day Problems

phantasy star online 2 behind group bannerEvidently, even big name developers like SEGA aren’t immune from launch day problems as Phantasy Star Online 2 gets off to a rocky start when it launched on PC yesterday. A large number of players reportedly couldn’t login to the game because of bugs and Windows 10 compatibility issues.

SEGA acknowledged the problems with a brief apology on Twitter but have yet to release a fix for the issues. “[. . .] We apologize for the negative experience you've had trying to download and set up #PSO2NA,” tweeted the studio. “We have been passing along all of your comments and error codes to the development team and they are aware of these issues. Thank you for your patience and have a great day.”
