SEGA Apologizes For Phantasy Star Online 2 PC Launch Day Problems
Evidently, even big name developers like SEGA aren’t immune from launch day problems as Phantasy Star Online 2 gets off to a rocky start when it launched on PC yesterday. A large number of players reportedly couldn’t login to the game because of bugs and Windows 10 compatibility issues.
SEGA acknowledged the problems with a brief apology on Twitter but have yet to release a fix for the issues. “[. . .] We apologize for the negative experience you've had trying to download and set up #PSO2NA,” tweeted the studio. “We have been passing along all of your comments and error codes to the development team and they are aware of these issues. Thank you for your patience and have a great day.”
We’ll keep you updated as soon as SEGA comes up with a fix. In the meantime, you can check out the video below for an overview of the in-game goodies that are up for grabs in the Oracle Celebrations event that kicked off yesterday.
