Clockwork Throne Studios has finally fixed Steam account linking for their vampire-themed MMORPG, Shadow’s Kiss, six months after the problem was first reported. Existing players can now link the game to Steam allowing the developers to focus on their next milestone: beta testing.

The team is now looking to start targeted early beta tests in the near future and are now accepting applications via email. A timeline for the beta tests, however, has yet to be announced.

Shadow’s Kiss was announced by the three-man indie studio back in 2016 and managed to raise over $80,000 during its month-long stint on Kickstarter in 2017. The game launched into Steam Early Access in August last year with a full release planned for sometime next year.

“Shadow’s Kiss is a game of darkness, adventure, passion, and horror, set in the fictional city of San Cipriano. The game casts you as a vampire (or possibly other supernatural creature…) who goes on quests, faces off against other supernatural factions, and gains items of power to rule the night.”

You can check out the new alpha gameplay trailer below for a quick look at what the game has to offer. Note that the footage and the game itself contains adult themes and are therefore NSFW.
