Shardbound Goes Live On Steam Early Access

Spiritwalk Games' Shardbound is the latest attempt at creating a CCG/turn-based tactical strategy game hybrid. The game was in invite-only testing for several months before going live on Steam Early Access yesterday. Shardbound is a 1v1 competitive game, but players will form Noble Houses which can then attempt to complete various objectives in exchange for "riches and fame."

Shardbound is now available on Steam as a free-to-play game. There are some early complaints about a lack of single-player content and deck balance, but I imagine that at least the latter will be sorted out in time.
