Take On The Returning Challenge Of The Gods In Neverwinter Starting Today
Neverwinter players looking for a challenge can take on the Challenge of the Gods which will be returning to the Dungeon & Dragons MMORPG today. Players can prove themselves worthy to 13 different gods, each with their own specific challenges.
Tymora’s challenge, for example, requires players to kill two enemies without using healing potions, while Sune’s challenge requires that they use Encounter powers ten times during combat. Players who find those too easy can take on Selûne’s challenge which will task them with completing a Heroic encounter within ten minutes. There are no pre-requisites to the challenges which means that players will be free to choose which challenges they want to take part in.
Successfully completing a challenge will reward players with an item called the Gift of the Gods which contains various in-game items such as the Divine Injury Kit, Invocation Gift, Celestial Grace Dye Pack, and the Celestial Mantle. They’ll also have the chance to obtain a variety of potions, runes, and enchants.
Players can also complete the Blessing of the Gods daily quest which will reward them with a Blessed Gift of the Gods lockbox containing coins of Waukeen, one of the items included in the Gift of the Gods, and a high-value item such as a piece from the Eye of Lathander set, the Forgehammer of Gond, or Waukeen’s Coin Purse.
The Challenge of the Gods event will go live later today at 7:30am PDT and will run until March 31st at 7:30am PDT.
