The Elder Scrolls Online Dragonhold DLC Rolls Out October 21, Free Prologue Now Live On All Platforms
ZeniMax has finally announced the release date for Dragonhold, the latest The Elder Scrolls Online DLC and the final stage of the year-long Season of the Dragon saga. The DLC will launch on October 21st for PC/Mac and November 5th for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 but the prologue is now playable for free for all players on all platforms. No DLC or Chapter purchase required.
"In these new quests, you team up with the Redguard swordmaster Sai Sahan (returning from the ESO main story questline) to discover lost Dragonguard sanctuaries scattered throughout Tamriel and uncover their ancient secrets. Together, you must find a way to turn the tide against the rage of Dragons that now threatens Tamriel."
To begin your adventure into the wildlands of Southern Elsweyr, simply pick up the "Letter from Kasura" quest item from the Crown Store, then talk to the Imperial Messenger Hinzuur. You'll find him in Davon's Watch, Daggerfall City, and in Vulkhel Guard.
Completing the Dargonhold Prologue quest will reward you with a Dragonguard Banner and Dragonhorn Curio Memento for your home. In addition, completing the quests before 10am EDT on October 14th will also help the community unlock a Gold acquisition bonus for the entire Northern Elsweyr zone as part of the ongoing Dragon Rise in-game event.
