The Elder Scrolls Online Gears Up For The Return Of The New Life Festival On Thursday

Tamriel is gearing up for the start of the annual New Life Festival in The Elder Scrolls Online. During the event, players will be able to complete a series of New Life-themed daily quests that will have them spreading the holiday cheer to the citizens of Tamriel in exchange for New Life Festival Gift Boxes. These celebratory boxes will randomly reward players with various festival-themed in-game goodies including Skinchanger Motif chapters, recipes, costumes, mementos, furnishings, and more.

Players completing the New Life dailies for the first time will also receive Breda’s Bottomless Mead Mug collectible. The mug provides a two-hour 100% EXP boost when consumed during the event which also stacks with other EXP bonuses.

“The New Life Festival in-game event beings this Thursday, December 19 at 10:00AM EST and runs until Thursday, January 2, 2020, at 10:00AM EST. If you’d like to take part in this joyous jubilee, acquire the New Life Festival quest from the in-game Crown Store and use it to find the New Life Herald, Breda, located south of the city of Windhelm, Eastmarch. Even if you’ve already completed this intro quest during a previous event, you can do it again!”

Players can also earn Event Tickets their first two daily quests and an additional three Event Tickets for killing their first boss of the day. The additional tickets are part of ZeniMax’s compensation for the delayed Undaunted Event. Tickets can be exchanged for the new Frost-Light Indrik pet, Pure-Snow Indrik Berries, Indrik Berries from the past year, Indrik Feathers, and Skaal Explorer Outfit Style pages.
