The Elder Scrolls Online Markarth DLC And Update 28 Now Live On PC, Mac, And Stadia
The Elder Scrolls Online concludes the year-long Dark Heart of Skyrim narrative with the release of the Markarth DLC. The new DLC is now live on PC, Mac, and Google Stadia and features two new zones: the Reach and the Arkthzand Caverns beneath the city of Markarth along with new characters, quests, and challenges.
“In the Markarth storyline, you’ll join forces with the local Reachfolk to confront the Gray Host. As you stand with the “Despot of Markarth” Ard Caddach and other Reach allies, you’ll unravel the terrible schemes of the Vampire Lord Rada al-Saran, and battle your way into the darkest depths of Blackreach to stop him.”
Markarth also introduces the new Vateshran Hollows solo arena, and new rewards unique to the new zones including new item sets, Achievements and collectibles. Also, as with previously-released DLCs and Chapters, Markarth also launched alongside Update 28 which comes with the new Item Collection system for the base game. “This new system will allow you to free up much-needed inventory, bank, or coffer space since almost every set in Tamriel (with the exception of crafted ones) can now be safely ‘stored’ in Collections,” explains the devs.
