The Exiled Launches On Steam Early Access, Try It For Free For A Week

After more than a year and a half of consistent Alpha tests and a name change, The Exiled has finally gone live on Steam Early Access. The game boasts "social sandbox" gameplay, "no grind," and hardcore PvP elements, including the capture of various resource caches and territory, among other features.

The Steam Early Access launch patch introduces a new UI that merges the Character and Equipment screens. Vanity pets that don't affect your combat experience in any way, shape, or form have also been introduced. Additionally, you can now listen to "context-sensitive" in-game music that "will react to where you are in the game and what happens around you."

The Exiled is now available on Steam for a minimum of $19.99. There is a 7-day free trial available, but, after the trial is up, you will need to purchase the game in order to keep playing.
