Valheim’s ‘Fairly Meaty’ Quality Of Life Update Is Now Live In The Viking Sandbox
Over the past few weeks, Iron Gate Studio has been teasing a “fairly meaty” quality-of-life update for Valheim. The said update just went live with all of its meaty goodness now available for Viking warriors to enjoy.
Some noteworthy changes that arrived with the update include various adjustments to the new Mistlands zone to make it a bit more forgiving, the relocation of dungeon and boss room entrances within the zone, and a balance pass for several mobs. The team also tweaked enemy behavior so they no longer target mist torches and added a new ballista targeting mode that will allow players to set a specific target using trophies, in addition to buildable Dvergr-styled hexagonal gates and a new hat for master fishers.
The update also fixed a long list of bugs, improved networking, and addressed several fishing issues, the details of which can be found in the full patch notes.
