WildStar Community Petitions NCSoft To Revive The Game

A WildStar player is petitioning NCSoft to save the game following the publisher's announcement last week that they were shutting down Carbine Studios and WildStar along with it.

Azami Starflower (her in-game name), started a Change.org petition in hopes of saving the MMO from the same fate that City of Heroes suffered back in 2012. “Please don't let this treasure of a game go down as just another failure, It deserves to be recognized for what it is,” Azami writes.

The petition has gathered nearly 2,500 signatures as of this writing. Aside from signing the petition, Azami is also asking the community to support her Login Initiative by creating a character and logging in to the game in hopes of reviving the playerbase.
