Wurm Unlimited Launches On Steam

The offline and private server version of Wurm Online, Wurm Unlimited, is now live on Steam. The game launched today after the brief pre-order phase for $29.99. Players can now buy the game and start up their own servers for Wurm with their own settings for skill gains, action timers, and more.

Wurm Online and Wurm Unlimited are planned to be developed in parallel, with most new features being time-limited exclusives for the MMO. The team at Code Club expect that it will negatively affect the MMO right off the bat, but are hopeful that it won't last long. There's a nice FAQ about these topics that you can find here.
