X-Legend Taking Over Aura Kingdom and Grand Fantasia Starting February 15

X-Legend Entertainment, the Taiwanese developer behind Aura Kingdom and Grand Fantasia, is picking up the two titles from Aeria Games starting February 15th. Players can transfer their characters over to the new service here. Players who do not transfer their characters over soon will permanently lose access to their characters (no word on when the last day to transfer is).

Aeria Games itself is scheduled to shut down sometime later this month. As for Aeria's other games: Wolfteam is available through its developer Softnyx and Shaiya & Last Chaos are moving to Fawkes Games.

With X-Legend operating the two games, I suspect the future for Aura Kingdom and Grand Fantasia will be brighter. As the developer behind the games X-Legend should be able to push content out faster and respond to player needs more easily.
