ZeniMax's Lawsuit Against Oculus Heads To Court Today

Way back in 2014, ZeniMax filed a lawsuit against Oculus, claiming the Facebook-owned VR company stole VR-related technologies and today it heads to trial. What's at stake here? ZeniMax wants $2 billion in compensation, the same price Facebook paid for Oculus.

If ZeniMax's allegation is true it means that Palmer Luckey did not invent the Rift, that most of the development was done by John Carmack and ZeniMax employees while Carmack worked at ZeniMax (Carmack now works at Oculus).

The history of VR could be altered by this case, and Luckey's meme-abusing reputation tarnished.

Where's my popcorn?
