Overview

Fable Legends Overview

Fable Legends is a cooperative action role-playing game and the fourth game in the Fable series. Choose between one of four distinct heroes, each with their own personality and combat style, and embark on quests alone or with friends. But you'll be matched against an intelligent villain, played by a fellow player or AI—or you can give up the hero's journey for evil yourself. Villains watch the adventurers from a top-down camera view and employ their minions and traps to tactically stop the heroes from completing their quest. Choose when to summon bosses, where, and how to turn the tide of a fight and stop the hero's adventure. As a hero, complete your quest for valuable loot, translating into new skills and cosmetics. Customize your character with a wide array of visual option, such as face variations and outfits. Four heroes will always be available to play but will be on a rotation, to introduce new characters periodically. Play on either PC or Xbox One, and play together through cross-platform multiplayer. Fable Legends was officially cancelled during development on April 13, 2016.

Fable Legends Key Features:

  • Become The Villain - play as a menacing villain and use creatures, traps, and tactics to thwart the heroes from reaching their goal.
  • Cross-Platform Play - play on PC or Xbox One and play together through cross-platform multiplayer.
  • Hero Rotation - four heroes will always be available to play for free and heroes will be periodically cycled to introduce unique characters.
  • Cosmetics - customize your character with an array of face variations, outfits, and more.
