Titan Forge Games has opened SMITE 2 up to the public for the first time as it kicks off its first alpha test this weekend. The weekend alpha test will run until May 5 and is open to those who were lucky enough to receive alpha invites and founder pack owners.

Testers will have access to 14 out of the 130 Gods from the original game. For this weekend’s testing, testers will be able to choose from Anhur, Anubis, Athena, Bacchus, Bellona, Cernunnos, Chaac, Fenrir, Kukulkan, Loki, Odin, Ymir, and Zeus.

If you didn’t get an invite, check back over the next few weeks as the team will be sending out more invites and regular weekend playtests in preparation for the start of 24/7 closed beta testing this summer. Testers can also look forward to the addition of more playable Gods as testing progresses on the third-person MOBA.

To throw your name into the hat, all you have to do is request access on the SMITE 2 Steam page, or you can purchase a founder pack for guaranteed access to all weekend tests and the full roster of Gods.
