Activision Blizzard has been under constant public and government scrutiny since the sexual harassment scandal made headlines last year. Even so, the company’s management seems to continually be doing things to further smear their reputation if the recent complaint to the National Labor Relations Board is any indication.

The complaint was filed by the Communication Workers Alliance claiming that Activision Blizzard employees were threatened by a manager after an employee shared a link related to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing’s ongoing lawsuit. The manager allegedly told employees that they weren’t allowed to discuss issues regarding working conditions, wages, and hours on the company’s Slack chat which goes against specific sections of the National Labor Relations Act.

Meanwhile, Activision Blizzard continues to fight tooth and nail against the unionization of Raven Software employees even after they were given the go-ahead by the National Labor Relations board to vote for a union.
