Activision Blizzard Reports Q1 2019 Earnings - King Out Earns Activision and Blizzard Combined
Activision Blizzard reported their Q1 2019 earnings today and total revenue for the quarter came in at $1.8B with full year 2019 revenues expected to come in at $6B. Activsion Blizzard has been shaking things up lately after previous earnings have disappointed investors. The company outlined 4 areas of focus going forward:
Company-wide monthly active users were 345M for the quarter with the average user playing an Activision Blizzard game for 50 minutes per day.
King Digital was the standout performer this quarter bringing in a whopping $529M in top line revenues and $178M in operating profits (more than Activision and Blizzard combined)
