Apex Legends Hits 25M Players with 2M Peak Concurrent Over the Weekend

While Apex Legends has only been out for a week, EA's battle royale game is off to an unbelievable start. The game reached 25M total players and hit a peak 2M concurrent players over the weekend. Just for reference, Playerunknown's Battlegrounds hits a peak of ~1M players these days, so while Apex Legends hasn't quite approached Fortnite levels of success just yet, it's hit the 1M and 2M concurrent player milestone much faster.

It took Fortnite 16 weeks to hit 2M peak concurrent users while Apex Legends did it in a week. Fortnite's current peak players is 8.3M.
