Apex Legends Leaks Reveal New Legends, New Maps, A New Burst Rifle, And More

It looks like Respawn Entertainment has a whole bunch of new content lined up for Apex Legends if the recent leaks are any indication. Technically, it’s more of a flood rather than a leak and the battle royale shooter’s community soaking up every piece of information like a dry riverbed on a rainy day.

The leaks were first revealed on Charlie Intel and is also available on Reddit and a bunch of other locations in cyberspace. Of significant note are new Legends named Catalyst, Conduit, Jester, Newcastle, Phantom, and Jester. There’s speculation that Newcastle, a defense-based character with the ability to create fortified areas, will be the next Legend since he’s the most fleshed out of all the other leaked Legends.

Several new maps are also currently in the works, including one called Divided Moon, in addition to new heirloom weapons, a new laser sight attachment, and a burst assault rifle called Nemesis.

Respawn and publisher Electronic Arts have yet to confirm the leaks or respond to any of them but things are definitely bound to change down the line as part of the development process. In the meantime, you can check out a full rundown of the leaks here and leaked gameplay footage here and here.
