ArcheAge Players Are Angry About A Potentially Pay-To-Win In-Game Pool

Trion is running a new ArcheAge promotion that gives players that purchase a $100 credit pack an in-game pool that can be placed their property. The pool allows up to four players to sit in it, but the owner alone gets an extra bonus. Once per day, the pool's owner can remove the sleep debuff, effectively allowing them to earn upwards of 450 extra labor points.

Players are not happy. There are many concerns about this item being able to be classified as pay-to-win. More labor points means players can do more and this item can only be obtained by players who buy a $100 credit pack during this event.

It remains to be seen if the item's effect will be altered following player concerns.
