Fallout-Inspired Post-Apocalyptic MMO Shooter Ashfall Launching In Q3 2023

If you’re looking for a new post-apocalyptic shooter to mess around with, then Ashfall might be right up your alley. The new adventure shooter MMORPG is currently in development over at Legendary Star Studios with NetEase as its publisher and is scheduled for release sometime in Q3 2023.

“In the future, AI rises up and launches a nuclear war against humanity. After that, nothing other than ruins are left in the world. You must leave the Vault to find the Core of Creation—the key to saving the world.”

Ashfall promises a “post-apocalyptic world like you’ve never seen before” that players will get to explore on their search for the Core of Creation. They’ll also encounter have to deal with giants, massive worms, mutated crayfish, robots, traitors, and rebels as they make their way across the wreckage-strewn sands of the post-apocalyptic game world.

There’s no firm release date for the game just yet but an end-of-the-year tweet from the devs confirms a beta test coming in the near future. In the meantime, the studio has rolled out several dev blogs and gameplay footage that offers a sneak peek at the upcoming MMORPG shooter.
