Atlas Announces Another Server Wipe Alongside The Start Of Season 13
Atlas is gearing up for another server wipe as the early access pirate MMO ushers in its 13th season on June 30th. Players apparently can’t get enough of starting from scratch time and again as the developers say that the upcoming server wipe is in response to player feedback.
Aside from the server wipe, there’s really nothing new going on in the next season. The official servers will retain the same format it had last season, including content, map size, and land claim rules. The only difference is that everyone will start off on equal footing.
The servers are set to go offline for maintenance at 12 p.m. PDT on Friday, June 30th. It’s worth noting that after 13 seasons in early access, there’s still no word on when Atlas will be making the transition to full release, but we’ll be sure to keep our ears to the ground.
