Black Desert Online Celebrates 1st Global Anniversary And 50 Million Player Count
Pearl Abyss is breaking out the champagne as it kicks off Black Desert Online’s first global anniversary event and celebrates over 50 million players to date. As part of the event, the studio is giving away a bunch of freebies on the official site, including coupons for free in-game items, a new helmet, an earring set, and a ton of new housing decorations.
The team is also celebrating the launch of its Land of the Morning Light expansion which has received positive feedback from the game’s community due to its size, theme, and tone that sets it apart from the fantasy MMORPG’s previous updates.
Pearl Abyss is also hyping up its upcoming Black Desert FESTA event where the team will be giving the community a sneak peek at upcoming content. The event will take place in Suwon, South Korea on July 1st and will also be streamed live on Twitch and YouTube.
