Black Desert Online Kicks Off Dawn Of The Dragons Season Featuring Drakania’s Awakening
It’s a bad time to be a dragon in several popular MMORPG’s right now, Black Desert Online among them, as the Dawn of Dragons update simultaneously arrives on both PC and console versions of the fantasy MMORP. The update introduces a pair of new seasonal events that task players with hunting down specific dragon bosses to earn various upgrade and crafting materials and dragon-themed rewards.
New PC players who reach at least level 50 during the event will be able to claim a free game pass which will give them permanent access to the game. Those who reach level 56 and complete their respective Succession and Awakening quests will automatically be entered in a raffle where they stand to win the Conqueror Edition package worth €90, or roughly $92. Existing players can also throw their name in the hat once they’ve enhanced a new season character’s Tuvala gear to PEN-level. The raffle is open to all PC players except those on Steam.
The icing on the dragon cake is the Drakania’s Awakening which gives the dragon warrior access to a whole new set of abilities and spells. The full patch notes can be found on the Black Desert Online official site.
