Black Desert Online Kicks Off New Events On PC Including A Milestone Event For New Players

Now that Black Desert Online PC players have had time to explore the Mountain of Eternal Winter, Pearl Abyss is giving them a host of other things to keep them pre-occupied over the next couple of weeks.

First off is the Taking Care of Ellie event which will task players with taking care of a baby elephant. Players will be awarded Contribution EXP for their troubles, as well as a Golden Elephant Statue and Elephant Fountain that they can use to decorate their houses.

Players can also share memorable screenshots, gifs, and shorts from the Mountain of Eternal Winter on any social media platform for a chance to win an Eternal Winter’s Giftbox. All participants will also get two Dragon’s Blessings as a participation reward. The team is also running a three-month long milestone event for new players that will allow them to claim various rewards upon completing the Mediah main questline.

And, since spring is in the air, players will get the chance to earn Contribution EXP and various decorated eggs, including the Flondor Golden Goose Egg by completing weekly quests in the Egg-cellent Flondor Eggs event. The eggs can be exchanged for various rewards with the golden egg granting a one-hour 300% combat EXP and 100% skill EXP buff with each use.

Pearl Abyss also made several balance changes to the Warrior, Berserker, Witch, and Wizard classes and rolled out a long list of improvements, changes, and fixes to the newly-released Drakania class.
