Black Desert Online Joins The World Cup Festivities With
The World Cup fever has infected the world as it tends to do every four years. This time around it’s even spread to the video game industry. Black Desert Online is running a soccer-themed (or football if you prefer) event called Golden Goal to “join the world and celebrate together.”
From today until July 4th, players will be able to earn hourly rewards by completing challenges with a Golden Ball up for grabs every fifth hour. Golden Balls can be exchange for random items such as Awakening Weapon Boxes, Ring of Crescent Guardian, or even another Golden Ball. Alternatively, players can also collect different colored balls by defeating monsters, gathering materials, and by fishing. Colored balls can then be exchanged for Golden Balls.
Today’s update also introduces the revamped Guild Crafting system, class changes, monster changes, UI tweaks, and more. You’ll find the full patch notes here.
