Black Desert Online’s Halloween Event Pits Players Against A Giant Rampaging Robot

Instead of introducing new costumes, Pearl Abyss is having Black Desert Online players take on a giant rampaging robot called Innocence Mk XII for Halloween. Don’t be fooled by the name though, there’s nothing innocent about Mad Scientist Marni’s newest creation.

To take on the hulking heap of metal, you and anyone else who wants to participate in the battle will have to first transform into robots yourselves by using Transformation Scrolls. Three Transformation Scrolls can be collected from the challenge menu every day during the event. Once you’ve claimed your scrolls, head over to the North Abandoned Quarry at the specified times to wait for the Innocence Mk XII to spawn. The event boss will spawn three times a day from now until November 10th.

“Once the event boss appears, PvP will be disabled until the boss is defeated. However, be aware that PvP will be possible on the roads. The HP of the event boss is shared across all servers, and if the event boss is not defeated within 30 minutes after it appears, the boss will despawn.”

Players who successfully defeat the Innocence Mk XII will have the chance to loot various rewards, including Halloween-themed décor, Hard Black Crystal Shards, Memory Fragments, Ancient Spirit Dust, and a Mk XII part that can be sold for 100,000 Silver or exchanged for more housing décor.

Event details can be found on the Black Desert Online official site.
