Bless Steam Early Access Begins in May, Will be Buy to Play

Neowiz games announced today that Bless will be launching sometime in the month of May and will be available for a 1 time purchase (no pricing details just yet). This comes as a bit of a surprise as Bless was always free to play in South Korea, Japan, and Russia where the game was available previously.

“It’s been a long time coming, but we truly believe the best version of Bless Online is finally almost ready to hit Steam,” said Ki Won Lee, CEO of Neowiz. “This an MMORPG unlike any other, completely re-engineered, and we can’t wait to finally open the doors and let players start their journeys.”

“We heard our players, and we’ve made our decision. We chose Buy to Play as our monetization model because we truly believe it’s the best option for our players, while making sure you don’t need to maintain a subscription to keep up with the constant stream of new content we’ll be adding to Bless.” said Sungjin Ko, Executive Producer of Neowiz Bless Studio.

[Bless Online] World of BLESS

Having played the Russian version of Bless in the past, I'm actually a bit excited for this one. I remember the early dungeons being fun and actually challenging. My only concern at the moment is regarding the game's performance. I remember the Russian version of the game client being extremely unoptimized and wouldn't run smoothly on my GTX 1080. Hopefully the new Steam version has this issue resolved.
