Bless Unleashed is doing a whole lot better than its defunct predecessor ever did as the fantasy MMORPG hits over 1 million downloads on Steam in just 10 days. Now most of you might say that download numbers count for much and that player numbers are a much better indication of success. Well, the highly-criticized Bless Online reboot seems to be doing quite well on both fronts according to the team’s latest press release.

“Neowiz and Round8 Studio are thrilled to announce that Bless Unleashed has already seen over one million downloads on PC. Since the game’s August 6th launch on Valve’s Steam platform, the MMORPG has seen over 75,000 concurrent players regularly – making it one of Steam’s most-played games.”

The game recorded a 24-hour peak of 75,383 players and is currently the 11th most-played game on Steam just a hundred players behind Warframe. Player numbers as of this writing are at just over 48,300 active players.

Meanwhile, Round 8 took the game offline for a few hours during the weekend to patch in fixes for a few broken Priest skills and a bug that caused players to receive Lumena items twice at a certain stage when claiming a Loyalty Reward item. As compensation for the emergency downtime, players will receive two free Elixirs of Haste, two free Recovery Scrolls, and 50,000 Gold. The items will only be given to accounts that logged-in between 7pm PDT on August 15 and 7pm PDT the next day and can be claimed once per account through the in-game mail.
