Bless Unleashed Previews UI Changes Coming To PC

bless unleashed the saurin deception bannerRound 8 Studios and Neowiz first announced that Bless Online was heading to the PC in June 2020. Nine months and several CBT tests later and the developers are still tweaking the game to make the controls and UI more intuitive for keyboard and mouse users. Part of the reason for the delayed release on PC is that the game was originally designed with consoles and gamepads in mind as the team explained in their latest dev blog:

“Through several development discussions and tests, we realized that a simple conversion was not enough to provide sufficient operational convenience, and are currently improving many aspects so users who enjoy games using the keyboard and mouse can enjoy the game in a more comfortable manner. The inconvenience of having to use both the keyboard and mouse when navigating through the system menu has been improved so that the majority of operation can be done with just the mouse, and the use of the mouse cursor can be more intuitive.”

The developers also dive into the specifics of the latest control and UI changes, including button-holds, status effect notifications, emoticons, and the new overlay map among others. “With these improvements, we expect users who have previously experienced the game as well as first time users to be able to play in a more comfortable PC environment,” said the devs.
