Conan Exiles Rolls Out Performance And Stability Update Ahead Of Today’s Isle Of Siptah Launch

conan exiles isle of siptah shipwreck bannerFuncom has just released a performance and stability update for Conan Exiles in preparation for the full release of the Isle of Siptah expansion later today. The update includes visual improvements to the Isle of Siptah map, thrall and AI updates, along with several performance tweaks.

Players can also expect a number of small quality-of-life fixes such as getting the volume slider to actually mute sounds when in the zero position, preventing arrows from passing through knocked-down enemies, and more.

The Isle of Siptah is a massive expansion that comes with a vast new island, new creatures, new building sets, and starts a new gameplay cycle where players must once again start from scratch.

“Shipwrecked and alone, you arrive at the mystical Isle of Siptah. With nothing but the scraps on your back, you craft the tools you need to survive. At first a simple camp and a crude stone axe, with time a fortress and brutal greatswords made from hardened steel or obsidian.

At the center of the island a dark tower looms above the landscape. The violent storm that swirls around it seems to gather strength and unspeakable horrors stalk within. But your most dangerous foe may be the other castaways on the island. Resources are scarce, and the fight for survival will be brutal.”

The expansion has been in early access since September last year and will be transitioning to full release on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S later today.
