Conquerors May Not Get Black Desert Online Pre-Order Items Until March 3rd

Black Desert Online players that purchased the Conqueror's Package are currently experiencing a few technical difficulties. The issue that has players raising their pitchforks, though, is that of not receiving their Conqueror's Package pre-order items. As of this morning, it was announced that they may have to wait until launch for a fix.

It's unclear exactly what happened behind the scenes at Daum, but a number of issues have occurred regarding Conqueror's Package item redemption. The majority of Conqueror's Package owners have not received their items. Of those that have received their items, most have received some items incorrectly while others have received duplicates of various items.

For the players that did not receive their items, Daum initially reset all coupons used between 8 AM and 2 PM EST on February 28th during maintenance today. Coupons used before that were not covered. They then asked players to re-request the items in question.

However, if you receive the following in-game mail, you will be waiting until March 3rd when Daum resets all of your pre-order items during maintenance to be able to reclaim your items correctly.

Dear Player,
To secure that you receive all Pre-Order Items correctly, we have to delete all Pre-Order Package items from your account and refresh all claiming coupons under your ACCOUNT on our website.
Deleting and resetting the coupons will both be processed during our maintenance on 3rd March!
Additionaly we will add compensation coupons which will give you special items to compensate for the issue. 

Note: All character slots beyond 4 will be -blocked-. You will have to re-use the character slot coupons to re-open them!
