Diablo 3's Necromancer Shows Off Their Moves

Diablo 3's Necromancer is not ready for release but Blizzard has revealed a few of the classes' abilities, with stylish GIFs to match. Many of the moves will be familiar to Diablo 2 players. Though I'm disappointed I don't see Raise Skeletons on the list yet. I loved rolling up to Deckard Cain with my undead crew—who could be part of it in Diablo 3.

Blizzard has also shown off the female Necromancer model, taking the concept art first shown at BlizzCon 2016 and bringing it into the game:

Remember, the Necromancer is not part of an expansion, nor is it free. But Blizzard does want you to know that the addition of the undead summoner signals a big update:

No, the Necromancer is part of a content pack which includes the class, an in-game pet, cosmetic wings, two additional character slots, two additional stash tabs (on PC), a portrait frame, pennant, banner, and a banner sigil.

It will, however, launch alongside a free major content patch that includes two new zones, Challenge Rifts, and more. These additional features will be available for all players with Diablo III: Reaper of Souls or the Ultimate Evil Edition.

We don't know when the Necromancer will release, but I will likely check it out depending on the price.
