Elder Scrolls Online players who want to step into the fantasy MMORPG’s latest lava-filled zone (as if it didn’t already have enough of them) can now do so as the Firesong DLC goes live on the public test server.

“In Firesong, you can explore Galen, one of the four islands of the Systres Archipelago,” ZeniMax said. “Abundant and fertile, this isolated isle northwest of High Isle has long served the druid circles of the Systres. Galen features overgrown forests, inhospitable jungles, snaking lava rivers, woodland spirits, and creatures unique to this part of Tamriel.”

Update 36, which promises another round of combat tweaks for the base game, is also live on the PTS for volunteer testers to try out ahead of its release. The update will also introduce a new target-marking system, the ability to hide pets when in towns or cities, and various player housing improvements. PvP players can also expect new Armory Stations in Cyrodiil and Imperial City as well as scaling Emperor bonuses based on the number of Keeps owned.

The latest PTS release notes can be found on the Elder Scrolls Online official forums if you want to nitpick at the details.
