Enad Global 7 Finalizes $300M Daybreak Games Acquisition Deal

daybreak game company hqEarlier this month, Enad Global 7 announced that they were in the process of acquiring Daybreak Games to the tune of $300 million. The deal has just been finalized and EG7 is now officially the proud owner of Daybreak Games, its subsidiaries, and their respective IPs including DC Universe Online, EverQuest, EverQuest 2, PlanetSide 2, Dungeons and Dragons Online, and Lord of the Rings Online.
