Creative Playground Mode Coming Soon To Fortnite; Epic Sues QA Contractor For Season 4 Spoilers

fortnite impact superheroFortnite is all about making the game fun and letting your creative side run free with their newest Limited Time Mode – Playground. The new game mode will be rolling out this week and will allow players to build to their hearts content without enemies destroying your works of art.

“Battle and build to your heart's content with an extended period of time to roam around the map as well as increased resource generation. All treasure chests and ammo crates will be spawned, try droppin’ in different spots and scope out the loot. Friendly fire is on so you can scrimmage with your squad (up to 4 friends per match), but fear not you’ll respawn immediately.”

Like most Limited Time Modes, Playground won’t be around forever but we just might see a version of it in the future. “This represents our initial step into what a creative mode looks like in Fortnite,” says Epic. “Practice, strategize and enjoy yourself. We can’t wait to see what you do!” You can find out more on the Fortnite official site.

In other Fortnite news, Epic Games is suing Thomas Hannah, a quality assurance contractor, for allegedly leaking spoilers of Battle Royale Season Four. Remember that meteor that hit Dusty Depot? According to Epic, the spoilers were leaked to a third-party who then posted it on Reddit. Hannah denies the allegations saying that he didn’t voluntarily leak information. The defendant says that he was “pumped with a series of questions and guesses regarding where the meteor would hit.”

According to Polygon, the lawsuit was filed on May 7th a month after Hannah left Epic Games. Epic Games is seeking punitive damages and compensation for attorney’s fees. Hannah’s legal team on the other hand is seeking to have the case dismissed.
