Extraction Shooter HAWKED Slides Into Steam Early Access On November 30
My.Games has locked down an early access launch date for HAWKED, its first entry into the increasingly popular extraction shooter subgenre. The Indiana Jones-inspired title has been in beta testing since November 2022 and will soon be making its way to Steam on November 30th.
“HAWKED is a free online PvPvE extraction shooter that drops you into X-Isle, a mysterious island where monsters covet the powerful relics of a lost civilization. Become a Renegade and squad up with pals to explore this new world as you battle monstrous Disciples, outwit other players, and escape with a bounty of ancient treasures!”
One unique aspect of Hawked is that you’ll still earn in-game currency that you can use to improve your character even if you don’t make it out of the island alive. Obviously, it would be better if you manage to survive and bring your loot back home with you, but at least you won’t be coming away empty handed.
Pre-registration is now open, offering milestone rewards and a chance to win additional prizes, including Raider Packs and a lifetime supply of premium currency, as part of the Renegade Rally pre-registration event. Note that the premium currency prize will only be awarded to one randomly draw winner and will only be up for grabs if the community manages to reach 1 million pre-registrations.
