Krafton Releases First Cinematic Trailer For Its Untitled Korean Fantasy Game

Last month, PUBG developer Krafton announced that it’s working on an untitled project based on the popular Korean fantasy novels, The Bird that Drinks Tears by Yeongdo Lee. Unfortunately, the announcement was a bit slim on the details although we do get to see

new trailer today showing off a few minutes of Unreal Engine 5 cinematics.

“The trailer was inspired by the concept art of Design Director Iain McCaig and Team Windless using Unreal Engine 5,” said Krafton. “The team has spent over two years on building character and worldview on the artwork.”

As we previously reported, Ian McCaig is a world-renowned Hollywood concept artist who’s worked on several award-winning films including Harry Potter, Star Wars, Terminator, and The Avengers. The trailer, however, reveals nothing about how the game will play but it does provide us with some eye candy to tide us over until Krafton decides to release more information about the mysterious new game. You can check that out right down below.
