Latest Guild Wars 2 Patch Introduces Quality-Of-Life Changes And Stylish Capes

Stay warm and look awesome while braving the frigid new zones as the newest fashion trend hits Tyria – capes! The latest Guild Wars 2 patch adds these stylish new back item skins to the game along with a number of quality-of-life changes including the highly-awaited out-of-combat weapon swap ability for Engineers and Elementalists.

The update also introduces balance tweaks to various skills and traits including the removal of the 10% revival speed passive effect and improvements to skills that directly revive allies. The Dynamic HUD has also been added with the patch.

“Dynamic HUD gives players the ability to show or hide parts of the UI while in or out of combat. The UI can also be set to always be hidden. A new section within the General Options tab of the Options panel has been added to control Dynamic HUD. Components of the UI have been grouped into related sections. Several presets are available for players to choose from, or players can individually control the behavior of each section.”
