Lord of the Rings Online Launches Update 22.2, Overhauls 6 Classes

Standing Stone Games launched update 22.2 this week which overhauled 6 of the game's classes as well as introduced anniversary and summer events. The 6 classes overhauled are the Champion, Guardian, Hunter, Lore Master, Minstrel, and Warden. Some classes got changed quite a bit more than others but these are some big tweaks. Tactical relics also got some serious rebalancing due to "class imbalances" created by them.

Lord of the Rings Online is an oldie; it was released back in 2007 as a subscription MMORPG and was one of the first few Western games to embrace the free to play model. Despite its age, it still has a loyal core playerbase. If you enjoy the Lord of the Rings Online universe it's still worth checking out.
