MapleStory Is Getting New 5th Job Skills And New Areas While MapleStory M Gets A New Class
During last week’s MapleStory Fest 2020 At Home digital event, Nexon teased a host of new content coming to MapleStory and MapleStory M over the next few weeks. Here's a quick rundown of what's to come:
For MapleStory, the developers revealed a two-part content update called Awake. Part one, Awake: Ascend to Mastery, will come out on November 18th and will introduce new 5th Job skills for all classes. The first part of the update will also mark the start of Grand Athenaeum Episode 6: Sharenian Knights along with the return of the Burning World and other leveling-up events. Part two, Awake: Flicker of Light, will land on December 16th and will feature new areas, Reboot world improvements, Zero character creation, seasonal events, and other exclusive content.
As for MapleStory M, the developers teased the new Demon Avenger class coming to the game on December 1st. Based on the teaser trailer, the new class looks like a melee swordsman with the ability to use dark magic.
