Marvel’s Avengers Announces Next Expansion ‘War For Wakanda’, Watch The Reveal Trailer

Square Enix has just revealed the next Marvel’s Avengers expansion during the publisher’s Spring Presentation yesterday. The upcoming expansion, called War for Wakanda, will feature Black Panther, confirming earlier rumors that the character is heading to the game. War for Wakanda is expected to arrive later this year.

The expansion reveal follows hot on the heels of Hawkeye’s game debut starring in his very own Operation: Future Imperfect. The new operation kicks off Chapter 2 of Season 1’s narrative and continues the Tachyon Project storyline. The Hawkeye update also introduces several new features, including the Story Replay function, customizable Harm Rooms, and the Next Gen version of the superhero brawler.
