Critical Ops (C-OPS), a mobile FPS developed by Finnish game studio Critical Force(that's a bit confusing), received a $4.5 million investment from South Korean developer and publisher NHN Entertainment, according to MMOCulture. Why? Well, the two have partnered for NHN Entertainment to publish Critical Ops in Asia.

Critical Ops has been fairing pretty well on the Android and iOS stores. Seems the devs have found their magic formula; their first game, Critical Strike Portable, was an immense success. (But these names are all way too close to one another.)

The latest mobile-FPS-Counter-Strike-reminiscent-game from Critical Force boasts being "the first FPS game for mobile eSports." And there are tournaments. It's interesting to see FPS's strive on mobile. I'm currently downloading C-OPS to see how it plays.
