Multiple Warcraft Free-To-Play Mobile Titles Are In Development Says Blizzard

Activision Blizzard revealed that multiple mobile titles are currently in the works during their Q4 2020 investor call. Following the success of Call of Duty’s business model, the company says that they’re now looking to apply the same strategy to their other IP’s.

Aside from Diablo Immortal, Activision Blizzard also revealed that several free-to-play Warcraft mobile spin-offs are now in advanced stages of development. According to PCGamesN, an Overwatch mobile game hasn’t been confirmed but the company says that they plan to implement new business models for the MOBA shooter “across platforms.”
